In brief, Twitter head @ev just released v1.0 of a new feature – “Suggested Users.” His objective as stated is to give new twitter folk some people to follow, so they are helped along in their adoption/enjoyment of Twitter! I like the idea,
here’s how I’d suggest tweaking it in brief:

Twitter instead should parse your bio, and if your website is included in your bio, your website’s meta tags, or your first 10 tweets…

And then after those queries, it will suggest users you may actually want to follow, instead of users they suggest you follow.

giving users choice is good as step one,

better is giving users tailored choice.
